Will this work on my phone?
Almost certainly, if it was bought after 2019. Every iPhone from the XS on, Pixel 3 and later, and recent Samsung Galaxy S and Z models support eSIM. Dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, you're compatible. We run the same check at checkout before taking payment.
Do I lose my normal number?
No. An eSIM is a second line on the same phone. Your usual number stays active for calls and texts, and you choose which line handles data. Nothing is removed and nothing is overwritten.
When does my plan start?
When the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — not when you buy it. Buying weeks ahead costs you nothing, which is exactly what we'd recommend doing.
What if I run out of data?
Top up from your account in a few taps and the same eSIM keeps working — no reinstall, no new QR code. You'll get a nudge at 80% so it isn't a surprise.
Can I get a refund?
If a plan was never activated, it's fully refundable for 30 days. If it activated but wouldn't connect, tell us and we'll refund it — that's our failure, not yours.
Can I make calls on it?
These are data plans, so calls run over WhatsApp, FaceTime, Signal or anything else that uses the internet. Your regular number still receives ordinary calls and texts as normal.
